Many nursing homes and other health care institutes are caring for patients who occasionally need basic monitoring of their vital signs. This can be overnight during sleep, while doing therapy or when they receive medical treatment such as oxygen therapy. In all these cases vital signs monitoring is of great importance.

However, vital signs monitoring most often is expensive, inflexible and difficult for most untrained caregivers. For this application we developed Dyna-Vision VitalSignsLite, a very easy-to-use vital signs monitoring application.

The software is installed on a standard computer which can be located anywhere. The patients are connected to a Dyna-Vision Monitoring unit which transmits the basic vital signs to the central software. This transmission is done by GPRS so you do not need any infrastructure or data connections to the area where you want to monitor a patient !!!
